We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and details are accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that all product information, sizing, colours, or materials will be exactly as displayed due to variations in manufacturing and lighting.

We do not claim that all items are manufactured in Europe, only that they are inspired by European trends. The country of origin for each item may vary.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times vary depending on the product and its origin. Some items are shipped directly from Australia, while others are dispatched from our international suppliers.

Estimated delivery windows:

  • Australia-supplied items: 3–5 business days

  • Internationally sourced items: 6–9 business days

Please refer to each product page for specific shipping details. Shipping times may be affected by customs, postal delays, or other factors beyond our control.

4. Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 14-day return policy for eligible items. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the item.

  • Certain items such as intimate wear, final sale items, or custom-sized garments may be non-returnable.

Please note: We do not provide refunds on size issues, however, we will happily exchange with the correct size. 

Customers only get one free return label for any exchange. Recurring returns will incur postage label fees.

5. Pricing & Currency

All prices are displayed in AUD (Australian Dollars) by default unless otherwise selected. Prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to cancel any order placed for products listed at the incorrect price.
